All intellectual property on the website is either owned by Fidelium or used by Fidelium under the terms of a license. Terms of Service
Age Requirement
By accessing the website you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the required power and authority to agree to be bound to the User Agreement. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the website.
No Attorney-Client Relationship Formed
Neither the accessing of the website nor interaction with it, including the submission of any forms, create an attorney-client relationship. NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP CAN BE CREATED UNLESS AN ENGAGEMENT LETTER HAS BEEN EXECUTED BETWEEN YOU AND FIDELIUM.
Modifications of Available Products and Services
Fidelium reserves the right to at any time modify or discontinue any products or services described on the website.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Fidelium and its owners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of the User Agreement.
Severability
If any provision of the User Agreement is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision will be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Further, the unenforceable portion will be severed from the User Agreement. The severance will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Entire Agreement
The User Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and Fidelium. Further, the User Agreement supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Fidelium (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the User Agreement).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of the User Agreement will not be construed against Fidelium.
Governing Law and Forum Selection
The User Agreement will be governed solely by the laws of the state of Kentucky. Further, the state of Kentucky will be the sole forum for the resolution of all disputes between you and Fidelium.
Privacy Policy
Generally
Fidelium respects your desire to keep your information private. As such, Fidelium does not share information provided by users unless required to do so by applicable law.
Third-party websites may be referred to or linked to through the Fidelium website. Fidelium does not control these third-party websites. As such, this privacy policy is applicable solely to the Fidelium website.
